How easy is it to pull trays?

How easy is it to pull trays - do you need replacement gaskets? Do they have new improvements in this area?

The trays pull out toward the door opening without any special tools required. The weight of the trays varies from approximately 30 lbs. to 65 lbs. for a 6-ft. full size tray. Felt gaskets are utilized and are re-usable many times. Over a long period of time, gaskets may deteriorate and need replacement. Replacement gaskets can be obtained through QED.
