Do you always see an increase in gas flow after dewatering?

Generally yes, but not always – it’s going to depend on a number of factors: how long the well has been watered in, the nature of the leachate, and so on. Sometimes we see very significant gas flow increases, as much as 200%, but more commonly there are increases of anywhere from 10-15% gas flow to the range of 50-60%. There are instances where there may be little to no increase in gas flow, in those situations that well may have been watered in for a very long period of time, has a lot of biological or solvent buildup and there may be no opportunity for improvement. It is a really good idea to run a pilot test if there are any questions about that.
