Does the water quality meter's data logger have the capacity to incorporate the water levels when the water level meter is, also plugged in?

No, the water level is not logged by the water quality parameter unit. To my knowledge, I am not aware of any water quality meter that actually has the capability of measuring water at the same time unless it incorporates a transducer, which is very expensive.  Most people use a flow cell at the wellhead with the water quality device. A water level meter with a transducer could be attached to a logger separately but they are not incorporated together.
