How do you deal with a low-yield well that will not show a stabilized water level during low-flow purging?

If you can’t get the well to stabilize at any pumping rate, even 100 mL per minute or less, then switch over to a minimum purge or no-purge/passive approach for that well. It is just not a good candidate for low-flow purging and sampling.
