Is there a depth limitation for low-flow sampling using a bladder pump? If so, what is that depth?

In terms of depth limitation, the deepest I have managed to get samples using a bladder pump has been about 1,700 feet or just over 500 meters of depth. The actual depth limitation for the pumps themselves is about 300 meters or roughly 1,000 feet.  But, depending on the application, you have the ability to extend inward using a drop tube-type inlet.
