What are the best parameters to measure to ensure a representative sample?

A lot of published works have shown that dissolved oxygen and specific conductance, or electric conductivity, are the parameters that will tell you when the geochemistry in the well is stabilized with the surrounding formation. Other parameters tend not to change enough or are affected by things like ambient temperature or other factors.
