What are the capabilities of bladder pumps as far as depth?

The absolute lift is about 1,000 feet. QED has used them down close to 2,000 feet and I have personally installed them to 1,800 feet. In this case, the pump inlet was located at 1,800 feet, the pump itself was located closer to 200 feet and there was a drop tube inlet that went from the intake to the pump all the way down to the sampling zone. So, the water intake was actually way down at the bottom of that well, but the pump itself operated at a higher level. The pump itself can lift from 1,000 feet.
