What is the difference between “purge until indicator parameters are stable” and low-flow purging and sampling?

When sampling you should eventually have stable purging indicator parameters regardless of flow rate used or draw down level.  Whereas, with low-flow purging and sampling, always make sure that the water level and the indicator parameters are stabilized at a lower pumping rate.
