When it comes to flow rate on a portable pump controller does any controller give you a specific amount per minute reading?

No, I am not aware of any controller that would actually tell you what the flow rate is.  But, I will tell you my field secret.  QED’s controllers are set up to cycle anywhere from 1 to 6 cycles per minute.  So, if I am operating it at 4 cycles per minute and I measure the volume of water off of one discharge cycle of the pump and it’s 75 ml.  I can multiply that by 4 to get 300 ml per minute. So, while the controller won’t tell you the flow rate, as long as the controller will tell you the cycles per minute, you can be comfortable in the fact that it’s consistent per cycle and you can get a very quick flow rate measurement that way.
