Returns Policy

All returns, require a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) generated by QED Environmental Systems.  Please contact a QED representative by phone or use the Contact Us link to send an email.  All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and approved once the items are received and inspected.

What items are eligible for return?

• Undamaged, unused, and of current design that was purchased from QED
• Items returned within 30 days of purchase

What items are NOT eligible for return?

• Custom, special, or configured items
• Tubing cut to a requested length
• Dirty, corroded, rusty, scratched, used or defaced (packaging or product) or otherwise not saleable items.
