Before returning your instrument, if it has stored data please make sure it is completely downloaded as all user data is deleted during the service process.

Ensure the instrument is packed in a cardboard box (even if the instrument is in a hard case)
to avoid premium shipping charges and assist with avoiding damage in transit

2. Affix your priority service return label to the return parcel. Don’t worry if you don’t have a hard copy to hand, you can download one here
3. Return your instrument to QED. We no longer require a paper Service Return Form once submitted
