Arrange a Collection
Please complete the appropriate form to begin the process of arranging return service for your equipment. The form will be required to allow return of your equipment to the QED Service and Calibration facility in Dexter, MI USA. If you have issues or questions, please contact QED at +44 (0) 333 800 0088.

Please make sure that all fields marked with * are completed.
A couple of points to note:
- We need to know a rough weight because this will determine the driver and vehicle type that will be allocated to collect your analyser.
- A single shipment cannot exceed 70kg in total. If you need to send more than one package in a shipment, please use the blue ‘Add’ button to create additional packages which can also be for separate return reasons.
- Make sure your analyser is in a cardboard box, not just the hard case that it is kept in.
- Please make sure you, or a nominated member of team will be around for the collection, as Independent Freight Solutions or their elected carrier will only make one attempt to collect. Multiple attempts will result in penalty fees.
