Before returning your instrument, if it has stored data please make sure it is completely downloaded as all user data is deleted during the service process.

Ensure the instrument is packed in a cardboard box (even if the instrument is in a hard case)
to avoid premium shipping charges and assist with avoiding damage in transit

  1. Complete the form below, then click send service request This is your SRF – service return form and must be completed correctly so that we can arrange you RA – return authorisation label
  2. Wait for the RA – Return Authorisation label to be sent to you from The UK Customer service team will send this in due course to the email received on the SRF, affix this label to the outer case for shipping, note: this is not a collection label for shipping.
  3. Complete the arrange a Collection form also available on the website, this form must be completed even if you are arranging the shipment with your own carrier, you will find a button called Collection/Drop off please make your selection here in the shipment part of the form.
  4. Wait for your shipping label to be provided then follow the instructions received you will also receive confirmation on collection date, this will be sent to you by the UK Customer service team once our chosen freight carriers have supplied this to us.
  5. Send Instrument for service or await the collection by our Freight Carrier.
